MDS Ltd is an independent non-profit making organisation whose aim is to recruit and train the very best people for the fresh produce, food, horticulture and the arable industry. To do so MDS provide a range of career development programmes, seconding Trainees to Member companies on 3-4 placements over 2 years. This is supplemented by a management training programme developed and delivered in conjunction with Quantet Group. MDS represents a consortium of over 60 Member companies comprising growers, suppliers and supermarkets encompassing the whole supply chain not only based in the UK but also for operations in many countries around the world.
